GBS is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support the Sales function by managing tender tracking, pipeline data, and coordinating across teams.
Requirements
- Manage day-to-day sales operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Monitor and follow up on tender platforms.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline regularly.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and provide updates.
- Manage company registrations on vendor platforms.
- Maintain contracts and agreements repository.
- Register and renew vendor and partner relationships.
- Maintain supplier and contractor database.
- Coordinate with internal teams.
- Schedule meetings, prepare MoMs, and follow up on action items.
