Order Management Associate

Ghost is an AI-native inventory distribution platform seeking a dedicated Operations Associate to support order management. The ideal candidate will manage wholesale orders from sale through final delivery, ensuring a smooth experience for buyers and sellers. Key responsibilities include order management, buyer and seller communication, logistics coordination, issue resolution, documentation and recordkeeping, and process improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in wholesale operations, customer success, logistics, or a similar role
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or retail environment
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
