Onboarding Specialist

GHX is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join the People Excellence team to foster a positive and rewarding new hire experience for all incoming employees. As the Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects related to the onboarding of new employees and serve as the main point of contact for internal employees transitioning to new roles.

Requirements

• Four plus years of progressive HR experience
• Two plus years leading a new hire orientation or similar large-scale live event program in a corporate or professional setting
• Demonstrated experience planning and managing live events and in-person training sessions
• Confident and polished public speaker, comfortable presenting to groups of all sizes
• Proven ability to plan and host employee social and engagement events
• Experience providing a high level of employee or customer service including meeting specific KPIs
• Associate’s degree and/or a combination of relevant education and work experience
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines
• Professional use of relevant software packages such as MS Office, HRIS, and ATS
