Job Description
The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a hands-on leader responsible for delivering accurate forecasts, performance insights, and decision-ready financial insights across Gibson’s Infrastructure and Marketing businesses.
Requirements
- 10+ years progressive finance experience, including leading a meaningful FP&A, forecasting, and performance management responsibility.
- Prior people leadership experience (direct or matrix) with demonstrated coaching and capability building.
- Experience in energy, midstream, infrastructure, or other asset-intensive industry is an asset
