Vice President Operations

The Vice President Operations is responsible for delivering operational excellence and upholding the highest standards of Environmental, Health & Safety. The role requires a strong operational knowledge of crude oil processing, terminal and pipeline assets, and a proven track record of strategic leadership and direction. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 20 years of experience in operations, engineering, and management within the oil and gas industry, including senior leadership experience and a strong understanding of business acumen.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering/P. Eng. Designation preferred
• Minimum 20 years of experience in operations, engineering, and management within oil and gas
• Minimum 10 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong operational knowledge of crude oil processing, terminal and pipeline assets
• Proven strategic agility and ability to lead through systems
• Demonstrated financial acumen in managing budgets and operational expenditures
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to influence executive leadership and drive change in ambiguous environments
• Commitment to continuous improvement and industry best practices
• Strong people management skills, including setting KPIs, building effective teams, and fostering a high-performance culture
