Benefits Specialist, North America

This role supports the administration and delivery of employee benefit programs across the United States and Canada, partnering closely with the Benefits Lead to ensure the smooth day-to-day administration of health and welfare plans, retirement programs, leave management, and benefits-related employee support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Benefits administration
• Experience working with HRIS and benefits administration platforms
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
