Job Description
Humber River Health is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join their Human Resources Team. The successful candidate will administer benefits and compensation programs and policies, and support the hospital's compensation and benefits strategy.
Requirements
- Maintain responsibility for the effective and timely processing of the disability management program (STD/LTD and WSIB)
- Calculate and analyze pension and benefit cost implications for employees on unpaid leaves of absence
- Act as the primary subject‐matter resource for STD/LTD, HOOPP, and benefits administration
