HR Officer to perform payroll, employee administration, HR database maintenance, benefits administration, scheduling job interviews, and implementing new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
- Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as HR Admin/HR Generalist
- Familiar with the Indonesian labor law related to manpower policy in Indonesia
- Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work well individually or with a team
- Strong Computer literacy (MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, in particular)
- Experience handling BPJS
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Detail oriented, strong analytical & problem solving
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or relevant field
