The Northeast Development Manager will support the fundraising program in the Northeast region, leading stewardship and cultivation of GIFFORDS Club supporters and prospects, conducting research on donors, coordinating logistics for events, drafting briefing materials, and coordinating proposals.
Requirements
- At least 4-6 years of experience with direct individual donor solicitation
- Ability to manage multi-faceted projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical, strategic planning, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to influence and engage diverse audiences and build long-term relationships
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and previous experience with fundraising CRM software
