Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager at Giftogram, you will own a portfolio of accounts and partner with leaders to help customers successfully launch and expand programs, realizing value from the platform.

- Own the success of a portfolio of customer accounts
- Lead customers through successful program launches and onboarding
- Build strong, multi-threaded relationships with stakeholders
- Proactively identify and drive expansion opportunities
- Run structured consultative conversations with customers
- Lead strategic account reviews
- Monitor customer health and engagement signals
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering
