Job Description
Giga builds the electrical infrastructure that powers the modern world. We manufacture transformers, switchboards, and modular data centers for customers across the United States and the globe. We're looking for a General Counsel to build the legal foundation that protects us as we scale and position us for public markets.
Requirements
- JD from accredited law school; active bar membership in good standing
- 10+ years legal experience with at least 5 years as General Counsel, Deputy GC, or senior legal leader at a growth-stage company
- Proven track record taking a company through IPO process including SEC filings, S-1 preparation, corporate governance, and public company compliance
