The role involves owning a portfolio of clients, reducing portfolio churn, protecting and growing MRR, and identifying expansion opportunities. The manager will work directly with clients to optimize their positioning, improve proposal conversion, refine targeting, and scale predictable revenue using automation and data-driven iteration.

Requirements

• 2+ years in Sales, AE, Business Development, or Account Management
• Willing to work in US Time Zone
• Experience managing revenue-based client portfolios
• Strong understanding of MRR, churn, renewals, and retention mechanics
• Proven ability to handle objections and prevent cancellations
