Job Description
Gillespie Group is seeking a Service Technician to conduct apartment turnovers, repairs, and maintenance, and to provide a clean and well-maintained living environment for residents. The Service Technician will work on-site at various properties, performing tasks such as building repairs, snow removal, and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, basic knowledge of plumbing, appliances, and carpentry, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma, general education degree or related Vocational Training
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, appliances, mechanical, electrical, drywall repair, HVAC systems, and carpentry experience
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Effective communication, customer service, and organizational skills
