Service Technician

Service Technician role at Morgan Properties, responsible for troubleshooting service issues, performing general repairs, and maintaining interior and exterior areas of a 162-unit apartment community. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of maintenance experience, strong plumbing and carpentry/sheetrock repair skills, and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance or related trades experience
• Strong experience with plumbing and carpentry/sheetrock repairs
• HVAC experience is a plus; willingness to learn and develop skills is important
• Comfortable using a smartphone, mobile apps, and computer systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
• Ability to live within a reasonable commute of the property
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
