Service Technician

We're seeking a hands-on Service Technician with prior apartment maintenance experience to help keep our communities running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a hardworking, customer-focused problem solver with experience in HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.

Requirements

• Active and valid driver’s license
• Personal vehicle
• HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification (preferred)
• High school diploma or GED
• One-year related experience or equivalent education and experience
