Maintenance Techs build skills and grow their careers at Morgan Properties by troubleshooting service issues, maintaining interior and exterior areas, and delivering outstanding customer service. We're seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot service issues
- Maintain interior and exterior areas
- Communicate with residents and office staff
- Active, valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property
- HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
