Job Description
We're hiring a Maintenance Service Technician with strong HVAC and plumbing experience to support a 117-unit apartment community in Spencerport, NY.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, plumbing, general appliance repair, carpentry, electrical, and preventative maintenance
- Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws
- Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service requests and work orders
- Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs, updates, and follow-up needs
- Assist with preventative maintenance and help maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the community
Benefits
- Base Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 hourly
