Service Technician

Now hiring Service Technicians for a 150-unit apartment community in Spencerport, NY, responsible for troubleshooting service issues, maintaining interior and exterior areas, and responding to maintenance requests.

Requirements

• Active, valid driver's license and personal vehicle
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
