Job Description
We are Ginkgo Residential, a leading owner and operator of middle market apartments in the southern United States. We are looking for a Service Technician to assist the Service Manager in carrying out the service processes of the property.
Requirements
- Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance
- Coordinate and oversee all work by sub-contractors
- Maintain service shop and inventory of spare parts
- Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklist
