Service Technician

The Service Technician is responsible for maintaining the overall condition and functionality of the property. This role performs routine maintenance, responds to service requests, and supports the preparation of apartment homes for new residents while ensuring a safe and well-maintained community.

Requirements

• Completes service requests in a timely manner, including diagnosing issues and performing necessary repairs
• Prepare apartment homes for move-in, including inspections, punch list completion, and coordinating with vendors as needed
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and common areas
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory, and communicate supply needs to management
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies and safety standards
• Assist with general property upkeep, including cleaning, painting, and pressure washing as needed
• Support cost control efforts by using materials and supplies efficiently
• Interact with residents in a professional and respectful manner while addressing maintenance needs
• Assist with property inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in required training
