Requirements
- Recruitment and lead generation strategies
- Cultivates relationships with service unit and troop volunteers
- Plan, prioritize, and manage recruitment activities
- Represent GSCO at community events and school functions
- Timely follow-up with new leads and referrals
- Study and become proficient in girl and adult related trends
- Work independently in the field within assigned geographic areas
