Job Description
The Member Engagement Specialist - Mountain Communities is a highly independent, community-based role responsible for growing, sustaining, and strengthening Girl Scout membership in geographically remote and rural mountain regions.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary member recruitment lead for assigned mountain and rural communities.
- Achieve membership growth goals by implementing member recruitment and lead generation strategies tailored specifically to small, rural, and geographically dispersed populations.
- Plan and execute member recruitment activities in schools, community centers, libraries, faith-based organizations, local events, and other nontraditional settings.
