The Program Coordinator, ES plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality, consistent programming that positively impacts the lives of girls across our partner elementary schools. This position blends leadership, coaching, and operational excellence, supporting facilitators, overseeing enrollment and student data systems, and stepping in to lead programming when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with groups of youth in a school or after-school setting.
- First-hand knowledge of Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) principles, trauma-informed practices, and effective classroom management strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, track detailed processes, and consistently follow through on deadlines.
- Strong organizational systems and a highly structured approach to managing tasks, data, and communication.
- Comfort working across multiple digital platforms (attendance systems, student information systems, Google Workspace, Canva, communication tools, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional communication with families and school partners.
- Ability to work primarily in person at various school sites throughout Miami-Dade county, with a reliable personal vehicle.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
