Girls Who Invest is seeking a Manager, Events to oversee and project manage a high-volume, year-round events calendar to ensure consistency, quality, and operational excellence. The role involves setting logistical standards for events, formalizing processes, and improving efficiency, scalability, and execution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in event management, production, or special events
• Strong project management skills with the ability to create processes and systems
• Deep understanding of event logistics, space planning, vendor management, and on-site execution details
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Experience with CRM systems, budgeting, and event tracking tools preferred
