Job Description
GitKraken is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to play a critical role in scaling our Sales Assist motion built on our product-led engine. This is a hands-on, player-coach role ideal for a top-performing seller who thrives in complex technical sales, enjoys influencing processes, and is eager to expand their scope beyond a personal quota to take on increasing leadership and management responsibilities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven success selling complex technical or analytics platforms
- Deep familiarity with engineering buyer personas
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot
- Experience selling into Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts
- Prior experience acting as a team lead, mentor, or informal coach
