Requirements

• University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or a related field
• 3-5 years of proven experience in Planning, S&OP, or Operations function, preferably within the consumer goods industry
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Competency in statistical data analysis and modeling
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written; strong listening skills)
• Knowledge on ERPs and/or demand planning systems
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and manage conflict
• Ability to prioritize demands and shift between conflicting priorities in a fast-paced work environment
• Must possess the financial acumen to manage, measure, and improve operational effectiveness and profitability
• Working knowledge of Agile methodology is an asset
• Strong computer systems (MS Office, Excel, Access, ERP systems)
• Working Knowledge of Lean/Continuous Improvement experience is an asset
