Quality Assurance Compliance Lead

Quality Assurance Compliance Lead position at Give & Go Prepared Foods Corp. responsible for ensuring site quality programs comply with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Food Science, Biology, Engineering, Microbiology, Operations Management or a related field
• 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance
• Technical knowledge of quality and food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Technical knowledge of Food Manufacturing processes, Sanitation and Microbiology
• Experience dealing with regulatory agencies (i.e. CFIA, FDA)
• Submitting and implementing corrective/preventive actions plans
• Proficient with Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with Plant Quality and Operations colleagues
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to document findings and data clearly, concisely, and accurately
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Well organized and self-motivated, and able to work well both independently and in cross-functional teams
