This person will be an integral team member helping thousands of nonprofits each year navigate how to fundraise and manage more with Givebutter.
Requirements
- 3+ years of closing experience in SaaS, Fintech, or a subscription-based sales role (fully remote Sales experience is a Plus but not required)
- Demonstrated success hitting quota consistently (and ideally evidence of exceeding it) - Top 10% of sellers
- Experienced in both inbound and outbound lead management and lead generation
- Strong discovery skills and a consultative Sales approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills via phone, email, and Zoom (follow-ups, proposals, recap notes)
- Comfort selling to executive-level stakeholders (EDs, CEOs, board members, founders)
- Ability to manage multiple deals at once with urgency and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with other team members, including the Marketing, Customer Success, Product, RevOps, and Sales team
- Experience using CRM and Sales tools (HubSpot, Zoom, Notion, Gong preferred), and disciplined pipeline hygiene
- A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and bias toward action
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
- Ability to travel up to 5% of your time (conditions permitting) for events, conferences, and in-person Sales meetings
