Givebutter is hiring an inbound and an outbound Sales Development Representative to drive the growth of our sales pipeline by generating and qualifying leads. Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a sales or outreach role (SaaS or nonprofit tech is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to learn, adapt, and continuously improve qualification and sales skills
- Skillful in managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and a high-volume workload
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and a drive to exceed targets
- Ability to work effectively with other team members
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with experience using a CRM
- Passion for social impact and supporting nonprofit organizations
- Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment
