Job Description
GiveDirectly is looking for a Senior Research Manager to lead the impact learning agenda for its Large Lump Sum (LLS) programming. The role will be responsible for developing and advancing the organization's learning for LLS programs, defining measurement and analysis best-practices, and supporting strategic impact evaluations and impact-focused research.
Requirements
- Technical ownership of GD's impact learning agenda for LLS programs
- Developing and advancing organizational learning for LLS programs
- Defining measurement and analysis best-practices for LLS programs
- Supporting LLS 'default' product design through primary analysis and evidence reviews
- Responsibility for strategic impact evaluations and impact-focused research on LLS programs
- Key contributor to every proposal involving in-depth research on LLS programs
