Senior Research Manager

Senior Research Manager at GiveDirectly will own the impact learning agenda for Large Lump Sum (LLS) programming, in close collaboration with Product Leads and M&E staff. The role involves responsibility for GiveDirectly’s impact learning agenda, defining measurement and analysis best-practices, and supporting LLS “default” product design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in M&E, impact research, or related field
• Ph.D. in Economics, Sociology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
• Experience with research design, implementation, and analysis
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills
