Application Support Specialist (all genders)

As an Application Support Specialist, you will analyze complex technical challenges, work with the latest technologies, and develop sustainable solutions. You will provide technical customer support for software solutions, process customer inquiries, and participate in shift and on-call services.

Requirements

• IT education or comparable qualification
• Experience with Linux, Windows, databases (MS SQL, Oracle), and networks
• Analytical thinking, independent working style, teamwork, service orientation, and good understanding of IT systems and technical processes
• Very good English and German skills (at least B2)
