We are looking for a proactive and accurate HR-administrator to support our central HR-team in Papendrecht. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational backbone of our HR-competence centers, supporting colleagues on compensation, mobility, well-being, and communication, and ensuring that our central HR-department runs smoothly administratively.
Requirements
- HRIS SucessFactors Champion
- Experience with SuccessFactors, Employee Central module
- Strong understanding of system set up and implications of changes
- Entry and updates to SuccessFactors for employee changes
- Support local HR as a champion for hourly employee system changes
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs with SuccessFactors
- Act as a coordination point between local HR teams, the HR Systems team and the regional HR administration teams
- Provide standardized system data reports and associated analysis for relevant stakeholders
- Develop and deliver training to key system users within the region/site
