Job Description
The Customer Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for commercial activities with dedicated Aftermarket customers, ensuring customer requirements are met, and profitability is improved.
Requirements
- Represent the customer within GKN Automotive
- Work on re-pricing opportunities to mitigate potential margin shortfall
- Maintain a customer database and communicate with internal functions
- Provide input to the account planning process
- Review and understand customer agreements and contracts
- Adhere to internal authorization processes
- Ensure work in line with GKN standard processes and policies
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the customer and technical requirements
- Participate in/lead customer negotiations
