- Secure new business for new products and new applications in line with DCS strategy.
- Manage and allocate human resources in his assigned territory dedicated to the customer segment to reach the above objectives.
- Establish and propose SAP and budget for sales activities in the dedicated market segment in the region.
- Ensure compliance of customer specific requirements.
- Control implementation of actions and take corrective actions if needed to achieve customer satisfaction and strategy objectives.
- Be responsible for Sales activities in the dedicated market segment in the region and interface with operations on customer related subjects and issues.
- Identify market trends and needs for new applications and opportunities for the Automotive customer in the region.
- Maximize CS's content on customer OEM platforms.
- Participate actively to the globalization of DCS, especially for worldwide acting customers being served in India.
