Job Description
We are seeking a Team Leader to join our team in Pune, India. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing operational support services, training operators, and coordinating a team while performing routine work. You will also be responsible for generating solutions to complex inefficiencies, conducting complex analyses, and implementing improvements.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering
- Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems (7 to 12 months in the role of supervisory)
