The Forensic Case Manager provides case management services to incarcerated individuals with mental and behavior health concerns. The role supports individuals during and post-incarceration to ensure a stable transition back into the community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with major coursework in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, other related social sciences, criminal justice, theology, nursing, counseling, or education
- One to three years' experience working with adults in a mental health setting or persons involved in the criminal justice system
- One to three years of case management experience
