The Outpatient/School Based Therapist will work with children and/or adults primarily out of our Beaver Falls Outpatient clinic with the possibility of additional hours in our school based program. The therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy for various mental health issues and complete clinical file documentation in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Graduate degree from an accredited college or university in a clinical discipline
- Licensed in a clinical discipline or have a professional license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) and credentialing
- Eligible for PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse History clearance, and FBI clearance
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with agency personnel and community agencies
- Ability to accept supervision
- Ability to adjust hours to job requirements
- Ability to work independently
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to protect the confidentiality of clients
- Ability to identify with the agency’s mission statement and support the agency’s core values
