Job Description
Gladly is looking for a Deal Desk & FP&A Analyst to support the commercial side of the business, providing financial modeling and analysis, and managing the quote-to-cash workflow. The role requires 3-6 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a related analytical role, with a strong focus on precision, process, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, deal desk, or a related analytical role
- English proficiency at C1-C2 level (business fluent)
- Based in Colombia with the ability to work US business hours or with significant overlap
- Deal desk or quote-to-cash experience
- Salesforce proficiency
- Solid financial modeling skills
- Solid grasp of SaaS business model fundamentals
- Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills
