Job Description
Gladly is looking for a Senior Accountant to own the day-to-day operations of our general ledger, manage cash application, and drive the monthly close. The role requires 3-5 years of accounting experience, strong knowledge of GAAP, and hands-on experience with NetSuite. The position is based in Colombia and works directly with the US-based team.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and general ledger management
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite (required)
- Experience with payroll processing (ADP or similar) and multi-state or international payroll
- English proficiency at C1-C2 level (business fluent)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines independently
