Job Description
Helpdesk Technician job for a human-sized IT outsourcing company based in Alfortville, France. Prepare computers in the workshop, provide technical support, and manage inventory. Relevant experience in IT services and knowledge of LAN/WAN, Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows workstations, and clouding tools required.
Requirements
- Relevant experience working for an IT services provider as a Helpdesk Technician
- Mastering LAN/WAN
- Good knowledge of Active Directory / Azure AD Office 365
- Excellent knowledge of Windows workstations
- Collaborative tools and clouding (SharePoint or Google Apps, Dropbox) Client VPN (OpenVPN)
- Server management (Windows)
- Network: Lan, Wan
