Job Description
We are seeking a Support Technician N2 to assist users in using computer tools and resolve incidents encountered. The ideal candidate has experience with a multi-client/multi-system IT provider and expertise in TCP/IP network, Microsoft Windows 11 or Windows 10 for workstations.
Requirements
- Relevant experience with a multi-client/multi-system IT provider as a Support Technician N2
- Essential expertise in TCP/IP network, Microsoft Windows 11 or Windows 10 for workstations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory, Linux Debian, Microsoft 365, Virtualization (asset)
