Great Lakes Bay Health Centers (GLBHC) is Michigan’s largest community health system, operating over 30 sites that deliver a full spectrum of medical, dental, behavioral, and specialty care to more than 50,000 patients annually. The organization prioritizes underserved, uninsured, and underinsured populations, offering services on a sliding‑scale basis, extended hours, and transportation support to ensure access. GLBHC’s commitment to integrated, patient‑centered care is reinforced through its NCQA‑certified Patient‑Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model, which coordinates treatment across providers and reduces costs while improving outcomes. By combining comprehensive clinical services with community‑focused outreach—including migrant, WIC, and maternal‑infant programs—GLBHC distinguishes itself as a holistic, culturally competent health partner in the Great Lakes Bay region.
