Job Description
We are seeking an Associate to support GLG’s business in South Korea, in the Seoul office. Associates drive GLG’s business forward and add value through close coordination with client-facing team members to fulfil our clients’ needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in written English and Korean, fluency in Chinese is an added advantage (HSK5/6)
- Confident and strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal skills and motivation to work on the phone daily with Network Members and potential recruits
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team environment where we strive to provide an excellent experience for experts and clients
- Ability to work responsibly and manage multiple, simultaneous tasks and prioritize effectively, given that priorities shift quickly at GLG
- High motivation to exceed personal weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial targets
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly digest and implement feedback and coaching
- Eagerness to learn about new topics, industries, and companies
