The Director of Workforce Development leads strategy, implementation, and operational oversight for GLIDE's workforce development programs, focusing on recruitment, orientation, job readiness, and career advancement for participants experiencing poverty, housing instability, and other structural barriers. This role requires a proven, collaborative, equity-centered leader with strong project-management skills and experience in workforce development, youth employment, or related human services work. The Director will oversee workforce initiatives, build partnerships, and coordinate services across all departments to support program participants.
