We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Retention Strategist to join our team. The Retention Strategist plays a critical leadership role in guiding our clients toward sustainable and scalable growth through retention marketing efforts.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in email and SMS marketing
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in retention marketing
- Strong data analysis skills
- Ability to approach challenges with structured thinking
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English
