Global Atlantic is seeking a Senior Analyst, Investment Accounting to join their Investment Accounting COE team. The role will support the review of reconciliations between Clearwater and GL, ensuring accuracy and integrity of investment balances for GAAP and STAT reporting. The individual will bridge operations and accounting for investment activity, support cross-functional initiatives, and provide support for audit requests.
Requirements
- BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related major
- CPA, MBA preferred
- 4+ years relevant professional experience in Investment Accounting
- Experience in reconciliation and general ledger processes or Investment Operations
- Strong understanding of investment accounting principles under US GAAP and STAT
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Excel
- Knowledge of Hyperion query tools (FCC, Essbase)
- Familiarity with Peoplesoft platforms and data analysis tools is a plus.
- Experience with Clearwater Analytics or similar investment accounting platforms preferred
