- Visit the accounts in line with the agreed activity plans and Global Blue’s strategy
- Improve accounts knowledge and expertise with our services
- Maximize Tax Free Shopping performance
- Identify new business opportunities
- Diligently implement the group strategies and sales tools
- Analyze business statistics and define action plans
- Support refund agent–related processes
- Accurately use the CRM to plan, record and report account specific activity
- Deliver the turnover and any other assigned sales targets
- Promote and sell additional Shift4 group products
