Job Description
As an HR Generalist for Japan, you will play a key role in managing HR operations and ensuring effective delivery of HR services across all employee lifecycle stages, ensuring an excellent employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3-5 years HR experience, specifically in recruitment, payroll support and HR Projects
- Experience within a multinational company or Shared Service Centre is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR or related fields, or equivalent
