As a Salesforce Administrator, you will ensure that Salesforce is optimized, scalable, and aligned with business needs—driving efficiency, adoption, and innovation across the organization. You will act as a trusted advisor, challenging the status quo and continuously improving how Salesforce supports our business.
Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and best practices
- Experience with automation tools (Flows, approvals, etc.)
- Solid data management and data quality mindset
- Analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of coding/scripting (nice to have)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
